Residential plotted communities near Dholera Smart City, Gujarat
Mirrikh Group (Mirrikh Infratech Pvt. Ltd.) is a Gujarat-based developer of residential plotted communities around Dholera Smart City, with its head office in Surat and an office in Ahmedabad. Its brochures carry the line “Elevating Lifestyles” and the presentation material notes that the group has been active since 2012.
Its current projects, Mayur Prime at Fedra (Dhandhuka) and Mayur Swastik II at Kamiyala, are gated layouts with a club house, gated entry, boundary wall, internal roads, security cabin, tree plantation, and water and power supply. Mayur Swastik II is the second phase following the developer’s earlier Mayur Swastik project.

One Series — wellness-focused residences in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand
ETH Infra (“We Build Legacies”) is the developer of Rishikesh One, the first project in its One Series collection. The project is on the Haridwar–Rishikesh Road (NH-58) at Haripur Kalan, Motichur Range, a few minutes from Har Ki Pauri and the Rishikesh ghats.
Rishikesh One is designed as a “vertical sanctuary”: a gated high-rise of only 77 residences, with U-shaped balconies facing the Ganga sunrise, meditation gardens and a yoga atrium, a rooftop club house, a gym with steam and sauna, and senior-citizen-friendly planning.
